Read your user directory and update signature settings. SigDeploy never reads mail.
Locked to your domain

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do my employees need to do anything?
No. SigDeploy updates each person's signature in Gmail directly through Google. Nobody has to copy, paste or install anything.
What access does SigDeploy need?
Two Google permissions, added once through domain-wide delegation: read-only access to your user directory, and permission to update Gmail signature settings. SigDeploy doesn't read anyone's email.
Does it work with Outlook or Microsoft 365?
Not yet. SigDeploy is built for Google Workspace and Gmail. Signatures are still designed to look right when recipients open them in Outlook, Apple Mail and other clients.
What if someone's title or phone number is out of date?
Correct it in the employee grid. Your fix is stored separately, so refreshing the directory never overwrites it.
Can I have more than one signature?
Yes. Design as many as you like, then choose which one to push, and to whom, each time you sync.
Who can set it up?
A Google Workspace super admin. The guided setup walks through each step, and SigDeploy verifies the connection automatically. Google can take a little while to apply delegation changes.
